Your Three Days
Day 1: Casablanca Valley, Cool-Climate Whites
Head toward the Pacific for crisp Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at boutique Atilio & Mochi, guided by its owner, and family-run Villard Fine Wines, with a paired lunch. More about this day.
Day 2: Maipo Valley, Chile’s Historic Reds
Visit Viña Santa Rita, with its national monument house and museum, and Concha y Toro, home of the Casillero del Diablo legend, followed by a traditional Chilean lunch in Pirque. More about this day.
Day 3: Aconcagua Valley, Wines at the Foot of the Andes
Travel north to Viña San Esteban and its archaeological heritage, and to historic Viña Errázuriz, with lunch in the valley. More about this day.
Every day runs from 9:00 am to about 5:00 pm, with pickup and drop-off at your hotel in Santiago. We plan the order of the days around winery opening times and your flights.
