Chile’s four great wine valleys in one private journey. Spend three days exploring Casablanca, Maipo and Aconcagua from Santiago, then travel south for two days in Colchagua, the country’s premium red wine region, with a night among the vineyards.

Your Five Days
Day 1: Casablanca Valley
Cool-climate whites at Atilio & Mochi and Villard Fine Wines, with a paired lunch.
Day 2: Maipo Valley
Viña Santa Rita and Concha y Toro, with a traditional Chilean lunch in Pirque.
Day 3: Aconcagua Valley
Viña San Esteban and Viña Errázuriz, at the foot of the Andes.
Day 4: Santiago to Colchagua
Drive south, with an optional stop in the Cachapoal Valley, then a carriage ride through the vineyards of Viu Manent and a night in wine country.
Day 5: Apalta and Return to Santiago
The striking architecture and organic vineyards of Lapostolle in Apalta, a final lunch among the vines and the drive back to Santiago.
